As Art Director for e-Commerce at Vital Choice, a 10-year-old direct-to-consumer retailer of premium seafood and supplements, I was responsible for driving sales through email marketing and web initiatives.
I designed, produced, and sent 2 newsletters each week to more than 100K email subscribers. On average, the newsletter produced $40,000 in revenue per twice-weekly issue. I created an original Photoshop illustration for each issue, as well as sidebar promos. I created the html files and sent emails via the Bronto email system. I managed mailing lists, did numerous A/B test, and created complex automated workflows.
One of my main successes was in growing the subscriber list by 37%. More subscribers yielded increased revenue.
I also designed and produced numerous product-specific marketing email campaigns; multi-faceted web marketing campaigns; and specialty web landing pages. I’m experienced at developing logistics for complex e-commerce marketing programs based on consumer behaviors.
